Here are some FRQ reminders and generic answers to start you off when you can't think of what to write:
1) make a claim and then provide evidence. The College Board rubrics have charts with claims on one side and evidence on the other. Many times, to earn one point, you have to do both! Sometimes you can get one point without the other, but try to do both!
2) when presented with giving an economic pro to any human activity, no matter how damaging it is, remember that the activity provides jobs and stimulates the local economy (both directly and indirectly through all the little businesses that spring up around the activity). And a service any natural environment provides to humans can always be recreational or aesthetic.
3)when asked what the gov can do or for ways to promote something - "education" or an "educational campaign" is always a good bet. Expand with specifics on what the education would be about.
4) also use "education" as a response for questions that ask how we can reduce pollution/use of pesticides/plastics use/etc
5) "environmental" means "not people". don't talk about health effects or the economy!
6) follow up a claim with phrases like, "This means that....." or "For example..."
